REQUIREMENT FOR REPAIRING OR REPLACING ROOFS
Beginning April 1, 2013 the Village of Milan's Building Department (Huron Township) started the Roof Replacement Schedule. Huron Township started this Roof Replacement Schedule for two reasons. First, the Ohio Basic Building Standard recommends that they do inspections on new and/or repaired or replaced roofs. Second, they have had numerous complaints from owners that felt their roofs were not done properly. You can obtain your permit by calling Huron Township Building Department at 419-433-2755 or email Tammy Boos at email@example.com.
